National Academic Advising Seminar
Join South African scholars and practitioners in the field of academic advising during the 2022 National Academic Advising Seminar. During this sitting, we will hear from local voices share best practices as well as a NACADA Emerging Leaders Program Class of 2019-2020 scholar. The engagements will afford attendees and participants a space to reflect and engage in productive conversations in an effort to enhance student retention while contributing toward holistic student support and success. Viewed as a developing practice that creates an opportunity for students to reflect, problem-solve and create connections that enable success, it is our aim through this Seminar to deepen and broaden the profession and practice of academic advising across the South African Higher Education sector.
